| Abstract: | Based on the main problems in flood control in Pearl River Basin, the demand of integrated flood control in the river basin has been studied and the objectives of flood control work have been identified. And the overall layout of flood control system combining the functions of embankment and reservoirs in the middle and down stream of Xijiang River, Beijiang River, Dongjiang River, Yujiang River and Liujiang River has been worked out, taking all the specific situations into consideration. |
