| 摘 要： | 对韩江流域水量分配方案的研究思路与研究重点进行分析与探讨。指出韩江流域水量分配的研究思路是制定水量分配总量控制指标、制定公平合理的水量分配方法、建立水量分配与水量演算模型以及解决水量分配的协调问题;水量分配方案的研究重点包括现状用水的合理性分析、河道内生态环境需水预测、可分配水量与水量分配总量控制指标、水量分配的技术方法、特殊时期的用水规则、水量水质控制指标以及水量分配方案的合理性与可达性分析等。

| Abstract: | The guideline and emphasis of the water quantity allocation scheme research for Hanjiang River Basin has been studied.It is indicated that four factors are included in the guideline: to formulate "overall control allocation index",and rational allocation method,to establish the water allocation and water discharge calculation model,and to solve the coordination problem.The major research of the water allocation scheme mainly emphasis on the analysis of the existing water consumption rationality,eco-environment water demand forecast,distributive water quantity and overall control index system,technological allocation method,water utilization rule in special periods,water quality and quantity control indices as well as the analysis of the rationality and feasibility of the scheme. |
