| Abstract: | Based on the results of dynamic calculation and prototype vibration test for a example of surfacepenstock, the disturbance sourse, transfer way, frequency response and working vibration of penstock areanalysed. It showed that the water in penstock is important transfer medium between the disturbance sourseand the penstock response; The machanism of penstock vibration is described in this paper. |
