沙牌碾压混凝土拱坝的技术创新及成就

摘    要:沙牌拱坝是目前世界上已建成的最高碾压混凝土拱坝(坝高130m)。针对该坝设计与施工的关键技术问题,在“八五”和“九五”国家重点科技攻关的支持下,开展了100m级碾压混凝土拱坝结构设计、分缝及建坝材料特性、原型观测、快速施工等多项专题研究,形成了一套碾压混凝土高拱坝筑坝技术,并成功地应用在沙牌拱坝中,较好地解决了工程的关键技术问题。本文简要介绍该坝主要的技术创新及成就。

Abstract:Shapai Arch Dam with a height of 130m is the highest RCC arch dam built in the world.With support of the "eighth five year" & "nineth five year" research & solving national key sicentific & technical problems,a series of specific researches concerning construction of high(over 100m) RCC arch dams,such as structural design of the dam,distribution of joints & dam construction material properties,prototype observation & high-speed construction have been carried out.A complete set of technology for construction of high RCC dams has been worked out.Results of the above researches has been successfully applied in Shapai Arch Dam construction and properly solved the key technical problems.This paper presents the major technical innovations & achievement of Shapai Arch Dam.
