Application of disequilibrium quoted price method in a tunnel project |

| Abstract: | The disequilibrium quoted price method is a technique of tender and quoted price. It is to adjust the inner subitem quoted prices after the total prices are basically confirmed for a project, so that the total quoted price is not influenced and can obtain better economy benefit after win a tender. The method was triumphantly applied to the tender and quoted price of Yuhuangmiao tunneling in the water diversion project from Biliuhe reservoir to Dalian city. |
