| 摘 要： | 本文在了解了国内外在流域开发规划环境影响评价(EIA)的研究及应用进展的基础上,提出了几点中国在流域开发规划EIA中应注意的问题.文章还介绍了流域开发规划EIA的必要性,总结了流域开发规划EIA的评价系统、工作程序、EIA报告书的内容及形式.
