摘    要:本文依据主客观综合法结合决策者的不同偏好给出泄洪闸各评价指标的权重,同时引入级别特征值的概念,最后应用多目标多级模糊优选模型,对北引渠首工程泄洪闸方案进行优选。在优选中考虑了建筑工程投资、雍水高度、对河势的影响及闸室总宽与河道宽度的比值等目标,并分析了决策人的3种可能偏好,从而使泄洪闸方案比选更加科学化、合理化。
