| 摘 要： | 辽河中下游各河进行了多次较大规模整治,基本形成了较为完整的防洪体系。但各河目前尚不能防御建国以来发生的特大洪水。本文根据现有的防洪工程体系和防洪保护区的具体情况,提出了近期辽河中下游地区防御超标准洪水的对策。

| Abstract: | A comparatively integrated flood control system has been shaped basically in the middle and downstream of Liaohe river through the large - scale regulations time after time. The paper put forward the counter-measure to prevent the excess flood standard in the near future based on the system and the idiographic instance of flood control protection area. |
