摘    要:由于受长江季节性洪水等自然因素及人类活动频繁等社会因素的影响,近年来我国血吸虫病疫情出现反复,钉螺面积扩大,患病人数增加,急性感染呈上升趋势,疫区在逐步蔓延,血防形势严峻。本文在回顾我国血吸虫病防治目标和策略,总结半个世纪来积累的血防经验、防治对策措施及主要技术手段的基础上,针对我国目前血吸虫病疫区分布、环境特征、流行特点及其变化趋势,分析其原因及存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出我国现阶段血吸虫病防治的主要研究方向。

Abstract:Due to complicated natural and social influencing factors, in Yangtze River, the schistosomiasis epidemic situation has been getting worse, such as enlargement of oncomelania hupensis Gredler areas, increasing of schistosomiasis patients, arising of acute infection and extension of epidemic districts. The situation of schistosomiasis prevention in China is very severe in recent years. This paper reviews and summarizes the targets, strategies, experiences and main countermeasures of schistosomiasis prevention in the past 50 years in China. It analyzes the epidemic reasons of schistosomiasis and the major existing problems in schistosomiasis prevention undertaking. The authors put forward some further research topics for schistosomiasis prevention.
