牧区水利研究进展跟踪调研

摘    要:本文从牧区水利的基础地位和重要作用出发,针对牧区草原发展中存在的突出问题,论述了牧区水利研究的重要性,明确了牧区水利研究的方向与内容,进一步明确牧区水问题、草问题、生态问题是牧区水利迫切需要解决的重大问题,并对牧区水利研究特别是牧区水资源、草地节水灌溉、牧区新能源与人畜饮水、草地水土保持与生态修复等方面所取得的进展进行了述评。同时结合国家及行业发展需求以及牧区水利发展中的迫切需求,探讨了牧区水利研究的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:Being based on the fundamental position and important role of pastoral water resources and aiming at developing problems of grassland, this paper clarifies the water resources research direction and content . The major issues to be urgently solved are water, grass and ecological system. According to an investigation, the current status and research progress on water resources, water-saving irrigation, new energy application and water supply, soil and water conservation and ecological restoration, etc. , in pastoral areas are discussed. Viewing at the urgent needs of water conservancy development for the whole country as well as pasturing sector, discussion is also done on water resources research trend of future development in pastoral areas.
