摘    要:城市化的快速推进给城市防洪治涝及城市河流生态环境的保障工作带来了严重挑战。海绵城市的建设理念是解决这些问题的方法之一,并且很具发展潜力。文章综述了国内关于海绵城市建设理念的研究;并基于海绵城市的理念,分析了海绵城市建设过程中的关键技术难点,包括在其规划设计、评价改进及调度管理等阶段遇到的技术难点;初步建立了海绵城市建设的技术体系,并系统地介绍了相关的关键技术在国内的应用现状;分析了关键技术在海绵城市建设过程中的应用前景。

Abstract:The rapid advance of urbanization has brought serious challenges to urban flood control and the protection of the ecological environment in urban rivers. The concept of sponge city proves to be a very promising method of solving these problems. The domestic research on sponge city construction concept is summarized. Based on the concept of sponge city,analysis on main technical points in sponge city construc-tion has been conducted, including technical difficulties in planning and design, assessment and improve-ment, scheduling management in the construction of sponge city. The sponge city construction technology system is preliminarily established. The related key technologies and its application in domestic are systemat-ically introduced.
