塔里木河下游应急输水前后生态变化遥感监测分析

摘    要:本文介绍了塔里木河的水资源和生态恶化现状,分析了向塔河应急输水的必要性和可行性。根据3个时相的遥感影像,从图像解译、分类以及植被指数、植被覆盖度两个主要方面对塔河下游输水前后3年来的生态变化作了定性和定量分析,对输水效果进行了评价并提出了建议。结果表明:5次应急输水对塔河下游生态恢复起到了巨大的推动作用,有效地遏制了生态的继续恶化,为我国综合治理塔河赢得了宝贵的时间。

Abstract:The paper introduced the situation of water resources and ecological deterioration of the Tarim River. The necessity and feasibility of water-transportation to Tarim River were analyzed. Based on three remote sensing images at different time,interpretation and classification of images were made. Normalized Difference of Vegetation Index (NDVI) and overlay degree of vegetation were obtained, which were applied to assess the dynamic changes of ecological situation before and after water-transportation carried out 3 years ago. It was proved that the emergent water-transportations, totally 5 times, had played an import role in ecology recovery as well as in holding back the ecological deterioration of the lower Tarim River, thus winning time for comprehensive remedy of the area.
