水资源配置中的生态耗水系统分析

在分析水循环中经济用水和生态用水特点的基础上，根据流域二元水循环模式和耗水平衡原理、径流过程和需水过程的特点，简述了水资源配置系统分析的思路和方法。在分析不同地区生态保护目标特点的基础上，给出了水资源模拟中生态耗水的计算方法，建立了以湖泊或湿地耗水、河道生态用水约束、区域地表生态耗水以及流域出境下泄水量构成的流域生态耗水系统，与水资源配置系统有机地结合在一起，并以松辽流域水资源综合规划嫩江流域的成果简要地说明了生态耗水的分析计算。

Analysis on ecological water consumption system in water resources deployment

After analyzing economic and ecological water uses in water cycles,the author outlines the methods of analyzing water resources deployment system,based on the basin's dual water circulation rules and water consumption balance principles.The method of computing ecological water consumption is presented,considering the characteristics of ecology protection goals in different areas.Then the basin's ecological water consumption system is established,which is consisted of water consumption in lakes and/or wetlands,constrained conditions of river ecological water demand,regional surface ecological water consumption and outflow of basins.The basin ecological water consumption system and the water resources deployment system are integrated closely.The computing method of ecological water consumption was applied to the water resources comprehensive planning of the Nenjiang river basin in the Song-Liao basins.
