水土保持综合效益定量分析方法及指标体系研究

摘    要:基于生态学、经济学、社会学等理论,对区域水土保持综合效益评价方法及其指标体系等进行了系统的分析研究,在归纳以往的水土保持效益评价理论与方法的基础上,通过对评价指标体系及其层次结构的调整和补充,构建了以水土保持综合效益为目标层,以基础效益、经济效益、生态效益、社会效益为准则层的区域水土保持效益评价指标体系,共包含24个指标。选择典型区域内蒙古武川县为研究对象进行具体的案例分析,分析结果与当地实际情况十分吻合,表明所建立的指标体系比较合理,评价方法可行,可以应用于区域水土保持综合效益评价,为水土保持综合效益的定量分析提供可参考的思路与方法。

Abstract:Based on the theories of ecology,economics and sociology,a study on evaluation approaches and index system for analyzing comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation was conducted by the authors.On the basis of summarizing former workers' theory and practice,a new evaluation index system for analyzing benefits of soil and water conservation was set up by means of adjusting hierarchy and supplementing idiographic indexes.In the system the comprehensive benefit is taken as its objective layer and the fundamental benefit,economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit are specified as the guide-line layers.The system totally includes 24 indexes.A case study was conducted for Wuchuan County in Inner Mongolia.The results agree well with local real situation.This indicates that the method is feasible and the index system is reasonable.It can be applied in this district.Furthermore,the method can be referred to as a thinking route for quantitatively analyzing benefits of soil and water conservation practice.
