水利遥感应用技术研究进展回顾与展望

摘    要:从9个方面对遥感中心成立近30年来的主要创新性科研工作及其成果进行了较为系统的介绍。首先对中心所走过的历程作了简要回顾,并以水旱灾害监测为主线,尤其突出了防洪遥感应用,最后提出了对水利遥感学科今后发展的一点粗浅认识。希望借助此文,能使读者对我国遥感技术的水利应用状况、所做出的贡献及进一步发展的潜力有一个较为系统的了解。

Abstract:This paper systemat ically introduces the main technical achievements of remote sensing applications in China's water sector during the past 30 years. Innovative research outputs are reviewed under 9 aspects with focus being on flood monitoring and draught monitoring. Moreover, the evolution and current situation of the Remote Sensing Technology Application Centre is briefly described with some recommendations for its future development. It is hoped that this review paper will provide an overall insight into remote sensing contribut ion and technical progress in China's water sector.
