黑龙江省防汛指挥决策支持系统集成技术研究

摘    要:随着计算机应用系统规模的扩大和复杂程度的提高,系统集成的重要性与日俱增,已经成为影响系统研发建设成败的关键。本文结合黑龙江省防汛指挥决策支持系统的研发建设实践,介绍了省级防汛指挥决策支持系统的集成方法及其关键技术。文章重点阐述了系统集成U字模型的原理及其在省级防汛指挥系统建设中的应用,并以黑龙江省防汛指挥决策支持系统为例,着重介绍了功能集成、数据集成、界面集成和平台集成的成功经验.U字模型是在以往系统集成模型基础上,经过进一步的研究与提升而产生的系统集成新模型。与以往的模型相比,U字模型具有集成层次结构更加明晰、更加便于进行成果质量控制等显著优越性。黑龙江省防汛指挥决策支持系统成功采用U字模型进行系统集成,其理论和实践成果可供同类信息化建设工程参考。

Abstract:Based on research works and developing practices of the provincial flood control management and decision making support system, the authors present a general approach of system integration and the related key techniques. The principal of U model and its application method in the development of a provincial flood control management system are described in detail. Successful experiences of system integration via using U model on function integration, data integration, interface integration and platform integration are introduced by taking an example of developing the Heilongjiang provincial flood control management and decision making support system. The U mode! is a kind of new system integration model. Compared with the old ones, the U model has clearer layered structure and is more convenient for quality control. The successful practice of the system integration of the Heilongjiang provincial flood control management and decision-making support system will offer a reference for similar IT system development.
