农业节水灌溉评价研究历程及展望

摘    要:农业节水灌溉是在我国水资源严重匮乏的大背景下,为保护水资源、促进粮食生产而提出的灌溉理念。当前我国农业节水灌溉的发展形势主要包含 3 个方面:(1)推广新型节水灌溉工程及设备,提高节水效率;(2)加强节水灌溉管理力度,提升管理水平;(3)完善节水灌溉综合评价理论及指标。本文针对我国节水灌溉目前面临的理论及技术问题,通过总结节水灌溉内涵及主要措施,综合比较各节水灌溉评价方法,分析了当前综合评价指标体系,梳理了国内外节水灌溉评价的发展历程,并对未来研究发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Against the background of severe deficiency of water resources in China, the agricultural wa-ter-saving irrigation is a new irrigation idea proposed for the preservation of water resources and the promo-tion of crop production. The developing trend in agricultural water-saving irrigation in China is comprised of three main aspects:(1) popularize new water-saving irrigation project and equipment to improve the wa-ter-saving efficiency;(2) enhance the water-saving irrigation management for the improvement of manage-ment level;(3) perfect the theories and indexes in the comprehensive evaluation of water-saving irrigation. Aimed at the theoretical and technical problems in water-saving irrigation in China, this article made a conclusion of the connotation and main measures of water-saving irrigation. In addition,it compared a vari-ety of water-saving irrigation assessment methods and analyzed the recent indicator system of the comprehen-sive assessment. The internal and external developing progress of the comprehensive quality evaluation in wa-ter-saving irrigation was concluded and analyzed. Furthermore, a comprehensive comparison in the number of academic articles between Chinese and English was made. Based on the researches above,an outlook of the future researches in this field was made reasonably.
