风力发电技术发展动态

摘    要:本文介绍了近几年风电机组研制、风资源评估及风电场发电量预报等风电技术发展动态,简要分析了其发展方向,并对我国的风电开发及技术研发工作提出了建议。总的来说,陆上风电技术已经成熟,今后研究的重点将集中在进一步减小对电网冲击和环境影响以及降低风力发电成本上。海上风电技术处于快速发展阶段,海上专有机组设计、风资源评估、海上施工技术和维护策略将是未来研究的重点。我国应该在大力进行风电工程建设的同时重视风电的基础理论和技术研究。

Abstract:In the paper, the status of wind energy technology is reviewed, such as research and development of wind turbine generation system (WTGS) , wind energy resources assessment, forecasting of wind power of wind farm, with its trend being briefly analyzed and some suggestions being given to wind energy development and research in China. In general, onshore wind power technology has been developed maturely, the further work will focus on how to minimize the impact to grid and affect on environment, and how to reduce the cost of wind power. The technology of offshore wind energy is developing fast and the key for future research is design of offshore wind turbine, wind energy resources assessment, offshore construction engineering and maintenance strategy. While actively developing wind farms, we should pay much attention to the basic theory and technology development of wind power.
