摘    要:冲积性河流上修建水库后,由于对水沙的调节,下游河道将发生相应调整,直至和新的水沙条件相适应。小浪底水库位于控制黄河水沙的关键部位,1999年10月25日下闸蓄水,目前水库仍处于拦沙初期的运用阶段,五年来以水库异重流排沙为主,期间进行了三次调水调沙试验,绝大多数中粗泥沙拦在库内,进入下游的水沙量和过程均发生了显著变化,主要表现为:下泄水流含沙量低、泥沙颗粒较细、洪峰调平、汛期(7-10月)水量减少、非汛期水量增大。在这种水沙条件下,黄河下游河道持续冲刷,平滩流量增大,河槽趋于窄深、河床粗化,河势发生调整。

Abstract:Xiaolangdi Reservoir is located at the key position for controlling water-sediment of the Lower Yellow River.Since its operation in Oct.1999,large quantity of sediment especially coarse sediment has deposited in the reservoir.Density flow becomes the main way to discharge sediment to the downstream.During 2002 to 2004,three times of artificial regulation of water and sediment were carried out.Meanwhile,tremendous changes of the water-sediment condition entering into the Lower Yellow River have happened.These changes include low sediment concentration,fine sediment size,gentle flood peak,decrease of runoff in flood season,increase of runoff in non-flood season,etc.Under such water-sediment conditions,the corresponding responses happened in the Lower Yellow River such as continuous erosion,increase of bank-full discharge,decrease of width-to-depth ratio,coarser bed materials,and change of river regime.
