“洪水排沙、平水发电”—三门峡水库汛期发电运用方式的研究

摘    要:根据三门峡水库的水沙和库区泥沙冲淤特性,制定的“洪水排沙、平水发电”的运用原则和方式,合理的处理了排沙与发电的关系,既能完成三门峡水库汛期的排沙任务,改善库区冲淤部位,又能减少汛期发电时的过机含沙量、改善运行工程,并增加发电时间、提高发电效益。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of water-sediment and erosion-deposition in Sanmenxia Reservoir, the operating principle and mode of " discharging sediment by flood and generating by normal flow" are worked out, the relationships between discharging sediment and generation are handle reasonably, which can not only complete the task of discharging sediment in flood season and improve the location of erosion-deposition in reservoir region, but also reduce sediment concentration through hydraulic turbine when generating in flood season, improve the operating condition of turbo-generator set, increase generating duration and raise generating benefits.
