| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了“数字江岸”项目的背景，以数字城市建设中的地理信息系统建设为目标，阐述了项目需求，总体框架结构，系统实现的技术路线以及平台的基本功能。讨论了数字城市建设过程中海量基础地理数据存储，平台体系结构实现，软件运行效率等问题，比较好地解决了海量基础地理数据的储存、显示效率的问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors simply introduce the background of the project Digital Jiangan,analyze the requirement,framework,realization way of the system and the basic function of the software flat.Some issues are discussed such as the massive-basicgeographic data storage,the architecture system realization of software platform,software operation efficiency,etc.,which will appear during establishment of the digital city.The problem of data storage management and data showing efficiency are well solved. |
