河工模型自动加沙控制系统设计与应用

摘    要:河工模型进口悬移质加沙,多年来一直运用人工控制方法,为提高加沙精度和自动化水平,在南水北调穿黄工程河工模型上,设计了开发启动加沙控制系统,该系统以计算机控制技术为核心,辅以机电技术和阀门结构设计,实现了对整个试验过程的实时加沙控制,实际应用后,效果良好,具有推广价值。

Abstract:In general, the feeding of sand for making suspended sediments in the inlet of river model has been controlled manually for many years. In order to make sand feeding more accurate and efficient, a new auto controlled sand feeding system for the river model of the Crossing Yellow River Project (one of the projects of transferring water from south to north China) is developed. The system is supported by a computer, with the help of some machineries, motors and valves etc.. Real time sand feeding can be carried out in the whole test process. The system is working in good order and can be used in other some like models.
