塑性混凝土配合比试验研究及应用

摘    要:塑性混凝土作为一种新型的防渗墙墙体材料,在长江堤防防渗墙工程中得到了普遍的应用。为满足工程要求的强度,弹性模量,渗透系数等指标。对塑性混凝土进行了配合比试验。选出了符合工程要求的施工配合比,检测结果表明长江堤防防渗工程中塑性混凝土的各项指标均满足设计要求,塑性混凝土具有初始弹性模量低,极限形大,渗透系数代的特点,能适应较大的变形,有利于改善防渗墙体的应力状态。

Abstract:As a new material for cutoff wall,plastic concrete was popularly used to reinforce the dike of the Yangtze River. By tests, the construction mix proportion were selected in order to satisfy the demands of the project on plastic concrete, such as strength, permeability coefficient and tangent modulus. During the application of plastic concrete in the dike construction, each coefficient was testified and results showed that they were in agreement with the design requests. The practice proved that plastic concrete, with low initial elastic modulus, large ultimate deformation and low permeability, is compatible to the much deformation and can improve the stress distribution of cutoff wall.
