| 摘 要： | 参考国内外有关资料结合水力学试验的基础上，通过合理的简化假设 建立了斜流效应的半经验概算方法，并对葛洲坝和三峡工程中有关斜流效应进行了计算和试验验证。方法可供航道水力学研究及航道工程设计参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the related informations of the oblique flow at home and abroad and the navigation hydraulic test results, through reasonably simplified hypotheses, an semi empirical calculation method for oblique flow is established. The oblique effects of the Gezhouba Project and Three Gorges Project are culcalated and checked by test data. This method can be used as references for navigation hydraulics and waterway engineering study. |
