摘    要:溪洛渡水电站的溢洪道受高速水流和气候条件的影响,混凝土过流面将产生冲磨、气蚀和碳化破坏,混凝土表面需进行涂装;溢洪道伸缩缝随温度变化而伸缩变化,使裂缝修补材料易出现破损、撕裂造成防护失效。为了解决溢洪道过流面伸缩缝的渗水及冲磨、气蚀、碳化问题,选新型CW680聚脲裂缝修补材料系统进行现场试验,经过近8个月现场应用,检测性能指标表明该材料具有优异的粘结性和裂缝修补能力,同时具有优异的抗渗性能和耐久性能。

Abstract:Affected by high-speed flow and specific weather conditions,the concrete’s overflow surface of Xiluodu hydropower station spillway is subjected to abrasion,cavitation and carbonization.Resistant material was coated on the concrete surface.But along with the deformation of concrete’s structural joint caused by temperature changes, the coating material is prone to be damaged which results in protection failure.In order to solve the problems,a no-vel polyurea crack repair material CW680 was used to prevent the leakage,abrasion,cavitation and carbonization of structural joint.Application test in 8 months has proved good effect.This new material has excellent adhesive and repairing ability,and has good impervious performance and durability.
