摘    要:海湾填海岸线的选择往往因顾及围垦面积、防洪、港口与航道以及生态诸方面对水动力学条件的不同要求而变得非常复杂。本文利用水动力学数学模型,以深圳湾为例研究了五种填海方案下的纳潮量、流场、潮位等海湾水动力条件的变化,讨论了流速、潮位变化对防洪、港口航道和红树林自然保护区的影响。在此基础上比较了岸线方案, 指出了在考虑不同水评价指标时对应填海方案的优劣。分析表明,方案优劣次序因满足的对象不同而有所差异;为了最大程度地满足诸对象的要求,需要通过综合比较,给出能够协调多种目标要求的优化岸线。

Abstract:Reclamation from a bay would benefit to land gain. However, the companion problems come from the variation of hydrodynamic conditions that are of significance to the maintenance of ports and navigation courses, the flood control, the ecological protection and so on. This paper presented a case study for the determination of post-reclamation coastline in the Shenzhen Bay, South China, where a large-scale reclamation is underway. A 2-D hydrodynamic model was employed to predict the hydrodynamic characteristics such as the tidal prism, fluid field and tidal stage of the bay for five designated reclamation options. Impacts on flood-control, port, navigation and nature reserves were discussed. Based on the comparisons of the modeling results, the priority order of the five options was subject to change in different concerned issues, for each of which different requirements of hydrodynamic conditions vary. Therefore, a harmonized approach was proposed and solutions for optimal post-reclamation coastline were given in terms of consideration of the integrated impact of various issues.
