摘    要:从利益相关者理论及对大学的适应性出发,分析了大学的利益相关者及其价值诉求,并在此基础上从组织战略、组织结构、组织文化三个维度,提出了通过树立利益相关者共同治理的办学理念、创新组织结构、形成利益相关者共同治理的组织文化等三个方面来推进大学组织创新的基本策略。

Abstract:On the basis of the stakeholder theory and its adaptability to universities,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of universities and their value resort.It puts forward some school running notions of common governance together with stakeholders from three dimensions,namely organizational strategy,organizational structure and organizational culture.For the purpose of sustainable and harmonious development of universities,the organizational innovation of universities should be pushed forward with the innovation of organizational structure in order to adapt to the common governance of stakeholders,and the formation of organizational culture of the common governance of stakeholders.
