| 摘 要： | 玛纳斯河流域自1994年以来相继发生洪水灾害,由于上游缺乏骨干防洪控制性工程,堤防工程数量较少、标准低,洪水灾害频发,严重制约了该流域社会经济的可持续发展。在制定防洪规划、建设大型防洪控制性工程、加快做好重点中小河流治理和山洪灾害防治及保护河道安全行洪等方面,提出了建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Manasi River Basin since 1994 have occurred in the flood disaster.The backbone of flood control engineering due to the upper reaches of the lack of.The standard number low embankment engineering , frequent floods , seriously restricting sustainable social and economic development in the basin.In the formulation of flood control planning , the construction of large flood control project.The key rivers and mountain torrents disaster prevention and protection of river flood etc.The author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. |
