| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍麻湾灌区基本情况的基础上,从灌区建设、管理、经营创收3个方面,详细阐述了麻湾灌区实现可持续发展采取的系列工程与管理措施,并针对麻湾灌区面临的主要问题,提出了实现可持续发展的工作展望,为其它灌区实现可持续发展提供经验与借鉴.
