| 摘 要： | 从经济学角度探讨了农村水权交易问题,通过对水市场、水价、水权价格、交易中介及在有水权交易制度下农户用水行为的分析,得出了在农村进行水权交易可促进节水,建立“节水型社会”,提高水资源的利用率的结论。
