模糊综合评价法在水库移民后评价中的应用

水库移民工程涉及社会、经济、环境、自然资源等诸多领域,是一个多层次、多目标、多属性的复杂系统工程,因此,进行移民后评价是一个非常复杂的课题。分析了现行的水库移民项目后评价方法,并应用模糊综合评价法对河南鸭河口水库移民进行了安置后评价。研究结果表明,模糊综合评价法是合理、实用和可行的,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。

Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment in Reservoir Resettlement Post Evaluation

The reservoir resettlement is a symmetric projects,with multi-purposes,multi-levels,multi-attributes,involving the society,economy,environment and nature resource.For this case,the post-resettlement evaluation is a very comprehensive problem.In the present paper,the existing post-resettlement evaluation methods are first briefly introduced,and then the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is hired to evaluate the resettlement results of the Yahekou reservoir.It is revealed that method is reliable and applicable.The work in the present paper can be a good reference for the similar engineering.
