| 摘 要： | 分析我国粮食安全中面临的问题,即人口激增、耕地减少、水资源日趋短缺、农村水环境遭受破坏水体萎缩污染、农业用水浪费严重、其他行业无偿挤占农业用水等,我国要求解决“三农”问题要保证粮食安全,针对上述各种问题采取科学合理且具有可操作性的保障措施,在水量水质两方面来为粮食安全提供水资源保障。

| Abstract: | In this paper author analyses the problems of the water resource's assurance of grainProduction security.It includes population proliferating,plowland reducing,water resource of agriculture lacking and being polluted and wasted badly,water environment being demolished,water for irrigation being usurped badly by other industry and so on.However,we deal with the tri-agriculture problems and guarantee the assurance of grain Production security.The author provides the reasonable and scienticific measures to solve the problems in water quantity and quality. |
