黄河口河道萎缩对防洪安全的影响评价

摘    要:采用实测资料分析和理论探讨的方法,研究了黄河口河道的萎缩过程及其对防洪安全的影响。研究结果表明:1986年后,黄河口河道的冲淤过程、纵比降、横断面形态都经历了一个重新调整的过程,表现出新的演变特征;黄河口河道萎缩恶化了河势,抬高了洪水水位,坦化了洪水过程,延长了洪水传播时间,对防洪安全极其不利。

Abstract:Using the methods of data analyses and theoretical study, the process of atrophy of channels is searched in the Yellow River Estuary, the result show that, the degradation and aggradation, longitudinal profile, cross section of channels experienced readjusting processes, the new evolution characteristic are put up after 1986; owing to the atrophy of channels, the water level of flood elevate, the flood become smooth, the flood transmitting time increase, its effect on controlling flood is very disadvantage.
