摘    要:降水是水资源存在的一种重要形式,合理高效利用降水资源是提高水资源利用效率的重要途径和手段。为探讨其在不同尺度上的振荡模态特征,以红兴隆分局为例,应用经验模态分解(EMD)方法对其1997~2008年的月降水量进行了振荡模态特征分析。结果表明:EMD作为一种全新的信号处理方法,将红兴隆分局月降水量分解为5个IMF分量和1个Res分量,得出月降水量主要存在6月、12月、24月的准周期,通过分析各个分量的方差贡献率可知,红兴隆分局月降水量波动主要以12个月左右的短周期为主。

Abstract:Precipitation is an important existence form of water resources, so using precipitation ef- fectively is an important method for improving water resources management level. In order to discuss its vacillations characteristics of different scales, taking the Hongxinglong ical mode decomposition (EMD for short) is adopted to carry on vacillati Bureau for example, empir- ons analysis for precipitationfrom 1997 to 2008. The result show that EMD as a new signal processing method, precipitation is di- vided into five IMF components and a Res component, and precipitation mainly exist in 6 - month, 12 - month and 24 - month quasi - periodic. By analyzing the variance contribution of various compo-nents, we can know that monthly precipitation of Hongxinglong Bureau mainly fluctuate 12 -month.
