天津市供用水情势及对策研究

摘    要:通过分析天津市的水资源供需矛盾及未来供用水趋势,提出天津市应按照开源、节流并重的原则,解决未来的用水矛盾。开源方面的主要措施有再生水回用、海水利用、雨洪利用等;在节约用水方面应从节水型社会建设、水价杠杆、产业结构调整及增加虚拟水贸易量等方面入手。

Abstract:By analyzing the city s contradiction of water supply and demand,and the future trend,propose the city should be in accordance with Increase water supply and water saving to address the future water conflicts.The renewable water reuse,water use,rainwater utilization can increase water supply.Water saving can be achieved by water-saving society construction,adjust the industrial structure and increasing the volume of trade in virtual water.
