水电工程移民安置方式研究综述

水电工程成败的关键在于移民安置,移民安置成败的关键在于移民安置方式的合理选择。水电工程移民安置方式多种多样,在当今世界上尚无固定的成功模式。为适应我国新时期水电可再生能源开发需要及经济社会形势的变化,本文归纳总结了水电工程移民安置方式的分类、概念、基本特点及其适用对象和条件,并针对水电工程移民安置中存在的问题,提出了完善水电工程移民安置方式的对策与建议,以便切实维护安置区移民的合法权益,促进水电工程建设与移民安置区经济社会的协调可持续发展。

Review on the Immigrant Resettlement of Hydropower Projects

The key to the success of hydropower project lies in the resettlement of immigrants,while the key to the success of resettlement of immigrants lies in the rational choice of resettlement ways.There are a variety of ways for the resettlement of immigrants of hydropower projects,but there is no successful fixed model in today＇s world.In the new development stage of China,to meet the need for hydropower and other renewable energy and to adapt to the changes in economic and social situation,this paper summarizes the classification,concepts,basic characteristics,application objects and conditions of ways of immigrant resettlement of hydropower projects,and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions to improve the ways of immigrant resettlement of hydropower projects,so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants in resettlement areas and to promote hydropower project construction and coordinated and sustainable economic and social development of resettlement areas.
