构建高校危机管理机制的思考

高校是人群密集场所,也是各种危机易发场所。高校扩招后带来的学生人数剧增、师生比下降、日常管理措施不到位,以及社会转型期引发的许多社会问题折射到高校,使高校危机产生的概率增加,危机管理日益成为高校日常管理的一个重要方面。当前高校危机管理存在五个方面的问题,相应地就有五个方面的高校危机管理策略。
