| 摘 要： | 讨论设计电力工程图纸管理信息系统的关键问题、功能要求和技术实现,该设计思路可以满足不同形式的图纸输入方式、网络化浏览、智能化关联和培训仿真等功能要求。同时,展示一个变电管理所继电保护图纸管理系统实例,该系统已在实际中投入运行。

| Abstract: | The key problems, functions, demands and implementation are dealt with in this paper. The presented design scheme can meet the requirements of different blueprint formats, the reading of blueprints on network, the intelligent relating, training and simulations, and so on. A practical example of the management system of the protective relaying blueprints of substation is demonstrated, which has been put into service efficiently. |
