飞来峡水利枢纽枯水期水库调度探讨

摘    要:飞来峡水利枢纽 1999年 3月投入运行 ,有力促进了粤北经济社会的快速发展。而在枯水期水库调度问题上 ,设计的调度规则除规定航运基流外未作其它更详细的分析研究。近年来 ,枯水期虽基本确保航运基流 ,但北江中下游还是出现航道阻塞 ,影响了“黄金水道”的畅通 ,给生产生活带来较大影响。对此 ,枯水期水库调度可首先尽量满足航运调度需要 ,然后实现航运调度和发电调度有机结合 ,从而对枯水期水库调度规则进行完善和补充。

Abstract:Since the Feilaixia hydro project has been put into service in March 1999,it has promoted the economy and society development in the north of Guangdong.But the designer didn't do more analysis on regulation of reservoir operation apart from base flow of navigation during low water period.In recent years,it has brought a serious influence on producation and life when the channel is blocked in middl e and lower part of Beijiang River,which affects the smooth flow of "Golden Chan nel" in low water period.Therefore the reservoir should meet the requirement of navigation before it is used to produce electricity in low water period.
