| 摘 要： | 低铬铸铁磨球存在切削、凿削、冲击坑及腐蚀坑等多种磨损形貌，观察分析后可知，欲进一步降低耗球量，不仅要提高磨球的硬度，而且要提高磨球材质的耐蚀性。

Analysis on worn morphology of middle and low chromium grinding balls used in wet mill |

| Abstract: | Worn morphology of low chromium cast iron grinding balls used in wet mill in Dexing copper mine was analyzed with SEM(scanning electrical microscope).It can be concluded that there are many worn morphologies such as micro cuttings,chippers,impacted pits and corrosion pits on the worn surface of low chromium cast iron.In order to decrease the consumption of grinding balls used in wet mill,it is necessary to increase not only the hardness of grinding balls,but also the corrosion resistant performance of grinding balls,in order to decrease the consumption of grinding balls used in wet mill. |
