浅谈原油背压调节和变频控制

前置模块原油背压调节阀的作用是通过调整原油前置泵出口旁通油量使供给燃油的选择模块的原油流量及压力满足要求。由于控制管路比较细小容易堵塞，常发生膜片破裂、老化，压力晃动等故障，2007年对温州燃机发电有限公司原油背压调节阀拆除进行了前置泵变频改造，使燃油流量变频控制。介绍了2种改造方式并对其优缺点进行了分析，指出了存在的问题。

Discussion of crude oil back pressure regulating and frequency conversion control

The function of pre-module crude oil back pressure regulating valve is to satisfy the requirements of flow rate and pressure of crude oil for fuel selecting module by adjusting the by-pass oil flow from crude front-mounted pump outlet. Because the control pipe is so petty that blockage is easy to occur,there were some other faults, such as membrane aged and broken1 pressure unsteady, etc. in the system. So the reformation was carried out in 2007, the regulating valves was backout, frequency conversion control was used for fuel flow rate adjusting. Two altering way reformation scheme were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, and the existing problems were pointed out in this paper.
