| 摘 要： | 合理确定临时用地工作周期,实现对临时用地征地进度的有效控制,需对临时用地各环节进行有效控制。根据临时用地工作环节划分成果,法律法规规定的工作时限,结合京石段临时用地征用工作实践,系统分析临时用地征用各工作环节的工作用时,绘制征地工作网络图,找出了影响工作周期的控制性因素,提出了加快工作进度措施和临时用地征用建议工作周期。

| Abstract: | To reasonably determine the working period of temporary land requisition for effectively controlling the progress in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the paper analyzes the working times in each phase of the project,draws network maps for land requisition,finds controlling factors which affects working period,and proposes working period of temporary land requisition and measures to speed the progress. |
