摘 要: | 为了解浙江典型供水水库浮游植物群落特征及水质状况, 于 2014 年 4 月(平水期)、 8 月( 丰水期) 和 12 月( 枯
水期) 对 9 座水库进行浮游植物采样调查。共鉴定出 8 门 61 种藻类, 其中蓝藻 9 种、 绿藻 22 种、 硅藻 15 种、 甲藻 3
种、 隐藻 7 种、 裸藻 3 种、 金藻和黄藻各 1 种。群落组成以绿藻2硅藻为主, 共占群落总数的 6017%。细胞密度均值
平水期 23 1 08@ 10 6 Cells/ L、 丰水期 10 1 74@ 10 6 Cells/L、 枯水期 4 1 72@ 10 6 Cells/ L。香农2威纳指数评价结果表明,
除黄坛口水库平水期处于贫营养状态外, 其余水库各个时期均处于中营养2富营养状态。

Abstract: | T o evaluate tropic state and phytoplankton community feature, nine typical key water reservoirs in Zhejiang province were sampled in
April/ August/ December. T otally, 61species of phytoplankton belonging to 8 phyla were observed. Generally, 9 species belong to Cyanophyta, 22
belong to Chlorophyta, 15 belong to Bacillariophyta, 3 belong to Pyrrophyta and Euglenophyta, 7 species bulong to Cryptophyta, and 1 species
belong to Chrysophyta and Xanthophyta. T hese communities were dominated by species from Chlorophyta2Bacillariophyta, and these species ac2
count for 6017% of community composition. Cell density of the mean water period was 23 1 08 @ 10 6 Cells/ L, wet period was 10 1 74 @ 10 6
Cells/ L, and dry season was 4 172 @ 10 6 Cells/ L. Shannon 2Wiener index evaluation showed that, in mean water period Huangtankou reservoir
was in poor nutritional status, while other reservoirs were nutrition2eutrophication. |
