变异系数权重TOPSIS法在水资源综合评价中的应用

摘    要:水资源分类是一个多指标的评价识别过程,将多目标决策的TOPSIS法用于水资源的分类中。根据各评价指标特征值之间的变异程度,利用变异系数确定其权重。应用实例说明该方法的建模过程,评价结果与人工神经网络法相同。

Abstract:The water resource classification is a multi-level and multi-index problem.The TOPSIS method is applied on the classification of water resource.According to variation degree among the characteristic values of evaluation indexes,entropy weight coefficient is used to determine the weight.The method is explained by an example,and the result is similar to that of artificial neural network method.
