南水北调东线胶东输水干线兴建调蓄水库的必要性

山东省胶东地区是水资源严重匮乏的地区之一，南水北调胶东输水干线是将长江水送往胶东地区的关键工程，该工程包括“一渠两库”。现通过对胶东输水干线的输水时间、沿线分水口分水量、工程调度运用、提高供水保证率、节省工程投资等方面的分析，论证了胶东输水干线建设东湖和双王城两座调蓄水库的必要性。

Building Controlling Reservoirs on Jiao-dong Line of East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

Jiao-dong is one of water shortage zone in Shandong Province. Jiao-dong Line of the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is the key project transferring the Yangtze water to Jiao-dong zone. The project includes a channel and two controlling reservoirs. The article mainly expounds the necessity of building Dong-hu Reservoir and Shuang-wang-cheng Reservoir on Jiao-dong Line by analyzing transferring water time of Jiao-dong Line, the water amount of every distributing gates, the controlling methods of the project, guaranteeing water supplying and saving project investment and so on.
