长沟泵站泵装置流道优化与选型研究

摘    要:经对南水北调长沟泵站肘型和钟型进水流道分别与平直管式、低驼峰式、虹吸式出水流道组合成10个装置流道方案,进行水力优化设计和CFD计算分析,优选出较佳的2种进水-出水流道与优选的2个转轮模型,再组合成4组泵装置,进行装置模型同台对比试验。试验所得最优泵装置即TJ04-ZL-06模型转轮配肘型进水流道-低驼峰出水流道,在设计工况(对应泵站平均扬程3.66、流量33.5m3/s)时装置效率达78.2%,综合性能达到了较理想的目标,大大提高了装置效率和叶轮中心安装高程,不仅减少了工程投资还节约了年运行费。

Flow Channel Hydraulic Optimization and Test of Mode Pump Devices at the Changgou Pump Station

Abstract:The inlet flow channels of elbow-type tube and bell-type tube were combined into ten projects of device flow channel with the outlet flow channels of flat-type tube,low-hump-type tube and siphon type tube at Changgou pump station of the South-to-North Water Diversion. After hydraulic optimized-design and computational fluid dynamics (i. e. CFD) calculation analysis, we selected two inlet-outlet flow channds and two wheel models to combine into four pump devices for installation model unit control test on the same stage. The optimal pump device with TJ04-ZL-06 wheel model,elbow-type inlet flow channel and low-hump-type outlet flow channel were selected and the device efficiency reached 78. 2% at the de,sign work condition (corresponding to the average pumping head 3. 66m and flow 33. 5 m~3/s). The selected pump device greatly heightens the device efficiency and the impeller center installation height. Its system performance achieves the preferable goal to reduce the engineering investment and save running cost annually.
