Study on Water Contracts Trade Mode in South-to-North Water Transfer Project

For alleviating the water crisis in northern part of China, the middle and east lines of projects of water transfer from South to North have already started. As a result, establishing the water market seems to be more and more urgently. Based on the lessons from the related trade mechanism of domestic and overseas, a new modern trade method has very strong and realistic maneuverability-water contract trade mode, which is beneficial to realize systemization and modernization of the water market.
