| 摘 要： | 建设节水型社会是解决干旱缺水问题最根本、最有效的战略措施。我国西北地区水资源形势严峻，节水型社会建设势在必行。通过对节水型社会建设调查问卷数据的统计、分析，总结了节水型社会建设试点城市及一些典型城市的节水型社会建设现状、存在的问题，最终提出了实际可行的建议。

| Abstract: | Construction of the Water-saving Society is the most fundamental and effective strategic measures to resolve drought and water shortage problems.The water resourses is poor in northwest china and it is imperative to construct of the Water-saving Society.Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,this paper summarizes the current situation of the demonstration cities of construction of the Water-saving Society and other typical cities,it also points out the problems existing in the construction of the water-saving society,and puts forward some effective suggestions for constructing the water-saving society. |
