| 摘 要： | 田纳西流域的综合治理是美国联邦政府的一个成功实践。湖北汉江流域中下游在自然条件上与田纳西流域有许多相似之处。考察研究田纳西流域治理的成功经验,可以为汉江流域中下游的综合开发起到积极的借鉴作用。当前应抓住南水北调工程上马的机遇,加快汉江流域中下游现代水利建设,促进流域内人与自然的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive development of Tennessee Valley is a successful activity of the US Federal Government. There are lots of similarities between the middle and lower reaches of the Han River and Tennessee Valley in natural conditions. Studying the successful experiences in Tennessee could serve the comprehensive development of the Han River. Currently the opportunity of starting-up the project of the South-North Water Transfer should be seized to speed up modern water resources development in the middle and lower reaches of the Han river basin in Hubei Province so as to promote harmonious development between human and nature. |
