南水北调中线工程穿黄隧洞关键技术研究

摘    要:简要介绍了国家"十一五"科技支撑计划项目"南水北调中线工程关键技术研究与应用"课题四"中线工程输水能力及冰害防治技术研究"所取得的部分水力学研究成果,包括南水北调中线工程输水模拟平台的研制、中线工程数值仿真软件开发、分水口和节制闸的水力敏感性分析、闸前常水位控制算法、穿黄工程节制闸闸前水位确定、冰期输水能力及冰期运行控制等,研究成果紧密结合中线工程的实际情况,可应用于中线工程的运行、调度与管理。

Research on Key Technology in Yellow River Crossing Tunnel Construction of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project

Abstract:Yellow River Crossing Tunnel Construction is the key project of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project. For the largescale tunnel, not only the complex geological conditions need to be treated, but also another series of technical problems with high difficulty should to be solved,such as riverbed walking,deep silting, sand seismic liquefaction, tunnel seepage, soft soil seismic sinking, surrounding soil stability, safety of pressurized water transmission, long-term operation and so on. Based on the optimization of project general arrangement and the researches on muhiple special topics,including building the tunnel simulation experiment model buried depth more than 30 m with the ratio of one to one for simulating the real external water and soil environment and internal water pressures more factually,a new structure type of shield tunnel with prestressed double linings is presented, and it was tested by project practice. Furthermore, a series of technical pblems, such as the ultra-deep working shaft, seismic design of underground structure in soft soil, safety monitoring in long tunnel and long-distance information transmission, long distance construction by shield tunneling under bottom pressure and so on,were solved. All these make the tunnel construction carried on favorably and science and technology innovation was achieved.
